Our Story

The inspiration behind Wine Key Experience comes from our founder’s roots. Growing up, family gatherings were filled with food, music, and laughter, and those experiences left a lasting impression. Marcelle founded Wine Key Experience in 2016, driven by the belief that community and connection are at the heart of every great event. Our mission is to help businesses foster those connections with ease and elegance.

What started as a simple idea after a bartending class in 2012 has grown into a trusted service that has catered to thousands of guests across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

For the last 3 years, DC Dutch has relied on Wine Key Experience for bar services at our annual Kingsday party at the Wharf in DC, attended by 400-450 people. Marcelle and her team are always on time, organized, and offer sensible solutions at a reasonable price, which is important for our strict budget. This year, they even provided a cook for our traditional Dutch snacks! We're excited to continue working with Marcelle and her team.
